Congratulations to our Industry Doctorate Programme Poster Competition winners - SRPe Annual Conference 22 #SRPe22
The Scottish Research Partnership in Engineering hosted our Annual Conference 2022 on Monday 21st November (#srpe22.)
Prior to this event, we held a poster competition for our SRPe Graduate School in Engineering students with the finalists’ posters to be displayed at the conference. Our graduate school is comprised of 50 industry doctorate students, undertaking PhD projects co-sponsored and co-supervised by industry to address key industry challenges, across two programmes:
National Manufacturing Institute Scotland-Industry Doctorate Programme (NMIS-IDP) (see also www.nmis.scot) in Advanced Manufacturing (30 projects)
SRPe-Industry Doctorate Programme (SRPe-IDP) with projects spanning Robotics and Autonomous Systems; Engineering for Healthcare; and Infrastructure and Environment (20 projects)
The calibre was very high and selection of the winning posters was challenging for the judging panel comprised of SRPe Theme Chairs and the SRPe Executive Director. All entries were commended by the panel and we extend our thanks again to all of the students who entered the competition.
The results of the competition were announced at the conference and we extend once more our congratulations to the winners.
