Congratulations to our Mini-Poster Competition Winners: SRPe Annual Conference 2021 (#srpe21)
The Scottish Research Partnership in Engineering hosted its Annual Conference 2021 on Wednesday 27th January (#srpe21).
As part of this virtual event, attended by over 190 delegates, we held a mini-poster competition for our SRPe Graduate School in Engineering students. Our graduate school is comprised of 47 industry doctorate students, undertaking PhD projects co-sponsored and co-supervised by industry to address key industry challenges, across two programmes:
National Manufacturing Institute Scotland-Industry Doctorate Programme (NMIS-IDP) (see also www.nmis.scot) in Advanced Manufacturing (30 projects)
SRPe-Industry Doctorate Programme (SRPe-IDP) with projects spanning Robotics and Autonomous Systems; Engineering for Healthcare; and Infrastructure and Environment (17 projects)
All mini-poster entries along with supporting audio clips by the students can be found here.
The calibre was very high and selection of the winning mini-posters was challenging for the judging panel comprised of SRPe theme Chairs and the SRPe Executive Director.
All entries were commended by the panel and we extend our thanks again to all of the students who entered the competition.
The results of the competition were announced at the conference we extend once more our congratulations to the winners:
